The easiest way to get support or provide feedback is through the mobile app's built-in Feedback screen!
All support requests, feedback, and data deletion requests can be submitted directly from the Feedback screen in the Water My Plant mobile app.
To access the Feedback screen:
- Open the Water My Plant mobile app
- Navigate to the menu (hamburger icon or drawer)
- Select "Feedback" or "Support"
- Choose your request type and fill out the form
- Submit - we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours
Using the in-app feedback form ensures your request is properly categorized and includes important diagnostic information that helps us assist you faster.
