Using the Feedback Screen

The easiest way to get support or provide feedback is through the mobile app's built-in Feedback screen!

💡 Quick Access

All support requests, feedback, and data deletion requests can be submitted directly from the Feedback screen in the Water My Plant mobile app.

To access the Feedback screen:

  1. Open the Water My Plant mobile app
  2. Navigate to the menu (hamburger icon or drawer)
  3. Select "Feedback" or "Support"
  4. Choose your request type and fill out the form
  5. Submit - we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours

Using the in-app feedback form ensures your request is properly categorized and includes important diagnostic information that helps us assist you faster.

Delete Your Account & Data

We respect your privacy and data rights. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

⚠️ Important: This Action is Permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your user profile and account information
  • All plant data (names, photos, care schedules)
  • Watering history and reminders
  • Backup files
  • All preferences and settings

This action cannot be undone. Please consider creating a backup before proceeding.

Method 1: Using the Mobile App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Water My Plant app
  2. Go to Menu → Settings
  3. Click on "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your request

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@watermyplant.net with:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include: The email address associated with your account
  • Include: Confirmation that you understand this is permanent

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed from our systems.
